Online Reporting

What is it?

Technologies that allow incidents such as broken streetlights or graffiti to be reported to the Council via the Internet

Why bother with it?

Rather than calling the Council or contacting them through other channel, Councillors and members of the public may prefer to report the incident online using an easily accessed link from the Council website. Councillors may also be able to check what incidents have occurred in their constituency and whether they are being resolved
