Included Communities - an eDemocracy event for North East councillors

Jenny Robins (30 January 2008  14:33)

Forty North East councillors and twenty officers, representing eighteen local authorities, gathered at the Stadium of Light to attend the Included Communities event. This was the second event in the three-part Community Leadership and eDemocracy series.

The event featured thought-provoking presentations on how new technologies can be used to enhance engagement in local communities and showcased regional and national examples of successful online community forums.
