Guidance on NI14 - online conference

Jenny Robins (17 July 2008  10:25)

The IDeA are holding a free online conference via the IDeA Community of Practice web platform. The aim of the online conference is:

  • to enable discussion
  • to share ideas and knowledge
  • to have the chance to raise issues or queries so that we might collectively deal with these as a sector. Some of these may relate to work you have been doing already or are planning to do.

The conference runs over five working days, Wednesday 23 July - Tuesday 29 July.

23 July - look at the rationale and objectives for the indicator to help clarify how this indicator aims to drive service improvements.
24 and 25 July - share learning from the pilots included in the guidance.
28 July - look at the collection of data and how we can use some of the existing systems we have in place including Electronic Service Delivery Toolkit and Gov Metrics
29 July - will summarise the key points that have come out of the conference and also how we can continue to share learning across the sector.
