Putting People First

Customer First is a practice sharing network for officers from North East Local Authorities working in customer service. We meet regularly to improve our services collectively by learning from each other and from those outside the region.

Customer First members benefit from :

  • Peer support - sharing with neighbouring authorities how to deliver good customer service, tackling new challenges, finding innovative solutions and collaborations
